Annie Pearl Brown, age 85, of Montezuma, GA passed away Saturday morning, April 4, 2009 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, April 6, at Cedar Valley Baptist Church in Montezuma with Rev. Michael Truitt officiating. Burial will be private.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.
Mrs. Annie will lie in state at the funeral home until 5 PM on Sunday, April 5, for friends to come by and view her body.

She was born on October 23, 1923 in Macon County, GA to the late James Baggs and Ludie Childs Baggs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Murel Brown. She worked at Flint River Hospital for over 45 years as Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper. She was also a member of Cedar Valley Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Judy Hall of Oglethorpe, GA; one sister and brother-in-law, Helen and George Smith of Oglethorpe, GA and one grandson, Bill Hall of Oglethorpe, GA and several nieces and nephews.
