Montezuma, GA - Alma Julia Bell, age 73, of Montezuma, GA passed away Friday morning, December 23, 2011 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia.
A graveside memorial service will be held, Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 2 P.M. at Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery in Montezuma. Rev. Ralph Price will officiate the service.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Mrs. Bell was born on December 18, 1938 in Butler, GA to the late John Thomas Stuckey and Eda Mae Youngblood Stuckey. She loved fishing and playing with her three precious dogs, 8-Ball, CoCo and Penny.
Survivors include her longtime companion, Jimmy Burchfield of Montezuma, GA; her three children, John Bell and his wife Judy of Andersonville, GA, Julie Ann Beard and her companion, Conley Ray of Vero Beach, FL and Earl Bell, Jr. and his wife Judith of Montezuma, GA; sister, Linda Franklin Gaultney and husband Tony of Montezuma, GA; nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also survive.
Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma is in charge of funeral arrangements.
